Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management & Delivery Tracking
-Manage bulk & OTB orders (APP, FTW, BAG), PO submission, order status tracking, and delivery follow-up.
-Handle delivery exceptions, replenishment, and corrective actions.
2. Product Data Creation & Update

-Create and maintain product attributes in Centric & MDM, coordinating with ASO on ticket price verification.
-Timely sync product information (e.g., price, launch date) across departments.
3. System Setup & Workflow Optimization
-Support BI dashboard setup and system integration (SAP-PO-MDM-ACE).
-Participate in system workflow optimization and gather business requirements for operational systems.
4. Sample Management
-Manage sample check-in/out tracking and borrower records.
-Maintain sample inventory and coordinate regular stocktaking with logistics.
-Plan disposal of obsolete samples (write-off, internal purchase).
5. Contract & Expense Management
-Follow up on sales/purchase contract approval, sealing, and filing.
-Maintain contract tracker with key date reminders (e.g., renewal, payment).
-Assist legal and business teams in contract review and data queries.
6. Quality Inspection
-Define and review defective product & return quality standards.
-Determine quality classification and follow up on corrective action status.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3–5 years of experience in product operations or equivalent project management experience.
2. Proficiency in Excel, with Power BI as a strong plus.
3. Strong English proficiency (written and spoken), combined with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
4. High attention to details and data accuracy.
