1. Responsible for the performance and output of the Quality Department
2. Guarantee customer requirements are completely fulfilled.
3. Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality area, in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy.

4. Coordinate and handle quality aspects directly related to manufacturing processes/products
5. Coordinate and manage validation of finished products and components
6. Comply with standards and requirements, set up and execute inspection plan
7. Coordinate and handle quality related Nonconformity/observations/comments
8. Coordinate and handle quality improvement projects/activities
9. Participate in projects/activities to launch new products/modify existing ones
10. Coordinate and manage claim analysis and relative resolution process
11. Leading, performance management, and drive the develop the people in Quality Department
12. Support line management in their (line management) Quality accountability
13. Interface across the factory / SQA regional and Global related functions on quality matters and improvement activities.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree (or educational equivalent)
2. 3 years relevant Leadership and Management skills
3. 5 years of working experience in Quality function
4. Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
