Responsibilities :
- Leading quality initiatives and improvement measures with mindset for product development, production and delivery in medical and automotive area.
- Leading the Medical and Automotive Quality organization including Laboratories and Facemask products.
- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.
- Being customer direct interface.
- Making sure that manufacturing processes meet international and national standards
- Lead the team to improve the competence and performance level continuously.
- Lead and enable the team for the long term success in terms of competence and mindset
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Promoting and leading Preventive quality improvement for product/process.
- Driving problem solving activities related to customer complaint or internal non-conformities, by using relevant quality tools.
- Implementing/maintaining of quality procedures, standards, specifications, methods and tools
- Perform internal audits to assess Company compliance to customer requirements, national and international standards, law and regulations.
- Quality coaching for other departments.
- Providing strong support to Technical Functions during development and implementing of new projects.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering.
- Over 8 years working experience in Quality or technical functions (Engineering, Manufacturing).
- Experience in both Medical and Automotive field will be considered preferential requirement ,as well as knowledge of the Plastic Injection Molding process.
- Thorough knowledge of International Standards with particular reference to 13485:2003, IATF16949 and ISO 9001 is appreciated;
- Be family with NMPA regulations; knowledge of MDR and FDA is a plus;
- Knowledge of problem solving techniques (such as 8D etc.).
- Focus on technical details and facts with clear overview.
- Capable of standing up under high pressure for quality improvement solution identification and solution implementation.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in guiding and developing teams.
- Proactive and problem solving approach.
- Fluent English in both oral and writing mandatory
