1.  Ensure factory hygiene compliance with L'Oréal hygiene requirements, industry standards, and local regulations. 
2.  Provide hygiene design input by proactively participating in new or modified factory projects, ensuring "Hygiene by Design." 
3. Comprehensively assess and manage the scope, frequency, and results of microbial monitoring to identify and mitigate potential microbiological risks. 
4. Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating the factory's current hygiene design status, conduct industrial hygiene self-assessments, and develop/execute action plans to meet corporate standards, thereby improving microbiological first-pass accuracy. 
5. Lead and coordinate microbiological deviation investigations with relevant departments, reporting progress and findings to reginol headquarter and global headquarter teams. 
6. Deliver training on personal hygiene, microbiology, hygiene design, etc., to core teams and the Industrial Hygiene Committee, organizing hygiene-related activities to enhance awareness and foster a strong HYGIENE culture. 
7. Develop the factory disinfection validation master plan, draft SIP validation protocols and reports, and execute SIP validation to ensure timely and effective implementation. 
8. Drive the HB (Hygiene Best Practices) program. 
9. Oversee periodic cleaning validation for filling lines, washers, cleaning rooms, manual lines, production tools, workshops, and HVAC systems. 
10. Validate and approve cleaning agents, defoamers, and disinfectants. 
11. Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager. 

skills and experience required.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in microbiology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or food science.
2. At least 10 years of experience in microbiology-related fields, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
3. Interest and curiosity in industrial hygiene and microbiology.
4. Ability to write technical documentation, reference materials, and training.
5. Rigorous and organized thinking. Effective communication skills.
6. Excellent English reading, writing, and presentation skills.
