A foreign-owned company in Kunshan that manufactures pumps, valves, and pipe fittings is hiring a quality manager.
岗位职责：
1.Ensure the products quality to meet or exceed customer requirements through effective quality management system and quality control methodologies.通过有效的质量管理体系与质量控制方法，确保产品质量满足或超越客户需求。
2.Responsible for the performance and output of the Quality Department负责质量部门业绩和产出
3.Set and follow up targets for the Quality Department, broken down from factory level根据工厂目标，分解设置质量部门目标并密切跟进
4.Drive the development of the Quality驱动质量部门发展
5.Comply with standards and requirements, set up and execute inspection plan依据标准和规范的要求，制定和执行检验计划
6.Drive quality problems investigation and follow up corrective actions驱动质量问题的调查并跟进纠正措施的落实
7.Coordinate the claim handling and follow up协调处理客户投诉并跟进
8.Act as contact person for quality related topic with sales, product center, or customer if needed作为联系人，就相关质量问题和销售、产品中心以及客户进行必要的联系和沟通
9.Interface with Production, Technical, Sourcing, Global Quality on quality matters and improvement activities.与生产、技术、采购、全球质量、就品质问题进行沟通并改善；
10.Coordinate the internal and external (3rd party and customer) audit协调内外部（客户和第三方）审核
11.Maintain and improve quality system维护和改进质量体系
12.Leading and develop the people in Quality质量部门员工的发展
13.empowering YOUR people to accomplish their mission赋能与授权，使你的员工能够完成他们的任务
14.removing things that prevents success, finding gaps and close them, being the link/connecting point to other functions and to create order out of chaos解决阻碍成功的障碍，识别并消除差距，成为部门间协同合作的纽带

任职要求:
1.Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience理工科本科学历或等同经历
2.Above 3 years relevant Leadership and Management skills3年以上相关领导/管理的技能
3.Above 5 years of working experience in quality function5年以上质量相关工作经验
4.Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus有持续改善的经验，例如5S,Six Sigma, Kaizen.GBi证尤佳
5.Project work experience有项目管理经验
