Quality Specialist（base青岛）
Job Scope:
- Conduct inspection in different stages to ensure consistency & effectiveness in achieving product quality requirement and quality performance
- Implement quality control procedures to each quality standard and coordinate action plan with Quality & Production Manager
- Following up and onsite tracking of CAPA, CIP & PDCA
- Sample inspection – carry out sample evaluation / SMS / PPS
- Quality Assurance – carry out regular checking throughout production cycle from material incoming to delivery of products, ensuring product meets brand requirements, identifying problems & potential issues at an earlier stage
- Functional test – ensure regular onsite tests are conducted per requirement (e.g., water leaking, wash test)
- Workflow – from PP meeting, first production review, adequate inline inspection, appropriate response/action to in-process quality problem, up to final inspection – conduct statistical audit to ensure all shipments meet Brand quality standards. Escalate any quality issues/failed audits to QM or Brand Quality Manager for decision-making
- Complete various reports for each stage of inspection, review with and acknowledged by vendor counterparts
- Monitor & tracking of WIP/PCC; escalate to QM any capacity issue or inspection peak identified
- Support as an eye if identifying potential VSL issues
- Handle independently the workload, daily schedule and QMS practices at the assigned factories and VQC
- Team schedule / factories quality performance Qmark / Score card
Key Competencies:
- Computer literate; MS Office
- Good English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Good knowledge in pattern, fabric, stitching construction
- Good knowledge in down jacket / Gore jacket production: seam sealing, lamination and washing; down leakage
- Understood printing, heat transfer logo and embroidery is a must
- Good knowledge and experience to use CAPA, CIP and PDCA in daily quality control process
- Experience of following up production schedule
