Key Responsibilities：

 ● Conduct sample quality assessment to provide technical expertise on garment construction and making up. 
 ● Monitoring the testing the quality, performance, safety, and durability of materials and finished products.
 ● Developing and implementing sample evaluation standards and procedures
 ● Identifying and resolving issues with the design, fit, construction, or quality of garments.
 ●Providing technical advice and guidance on garment construction and manufacturing techniques.
 ● Working with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
 ● New ender train on sample quality assurance and quality standard, procedures.
 ● Vender sample quality assessment to ensure it meets set up requirements and goals. Providing the sample quality KPI to correlate stakeholders to driving the continuous improvement.
