About the Job
Drive Retail Standards: Champion the implementation and optimization of retail excellence programs, SOPs, and service standards across regional stores to ensure seamless brand execution.
Innovate Operations: Identify bottlenecks in store operations and design innovative, digital, or process-driven solutions to elevate store efficiency and the consumer journey.
Performance Analysis: Analyze key retail metrics and KPI dashboards to provide actionable insights, supporting store managers in driving commercial success.
Growth & Leadership: Serve as a key bridge between HQ and retail doors, coaching store teams on best practices and stepping up to lead strategic retail projects as the business scales.
Skills and Experience Required
Industry Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in retail operations, retail excellence, or commercial roles within the premium consumer goods, sportswear, or luxury fashion industries.
Analytical Mindset: Strong data-literacy with the ability to translate retail KPIs and operational data into clear, strategic action plans.
Agility & Problem-Solving: A proactive, innovative mindset with a proven track record of optimizing processes and adapting quickly to a fast-paced, evolving retail landscape.
