About the Job
You will be responsible for the "wow" factor at the point of sale:
- New Store Openings: Lead the marketing strategy and execution for S-tier store launches.
- Pop-up Experiences: Manage the end-to-end process for 3-4 high-impact pop-up activations in Tier-1 cities.
- Resource Negotiation: Negotiate with top-tier mall landlords (e.g., Swire, CR Land) for premium media spaces and atrium resources.
- GWP & Engagement: Develop creative Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) strategies to drive conversion and loyalty.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience: 5+ years in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Event Management within the Retail industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of working with high-end shopping malls.
- Execution: A "field-first" mindset with the ability to manage complex offline projects and multiple vendors.
- Cultural Fit: Energetic, sports-minded, and ready to thrive in a high-growth retail expansion phase.
