Roles & Requirements
Market Promotion & Sales Execution: Responsible for offline market promotion and sales across Europe, aligning with company strategy. Develop tailored promotion plans based on regional market characteristics. Proactively acquire new clients, drive product sales, achieve targets, and increase market share.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with European offline clients. Understand client needs, provide expert consultation and solutions, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction. Manage negotiations, contracts, sales execution, after-sales service, and payment collection.
Market Research & Analysis: Monitor European market dynamics. Research local pet industry trends, consumer demand shifts, and competitor strategies. Collect, analyze, and report market data to support strategy formulation and product development.
Sales Data Management & Strategy Optimization: Collect, organize, and analyze offline channel sales data. Improve sales forecasting accuracy. Collaborate with channel partners to develop and optimize product launch plans, channel expansion strategies, and promotional campaigns for sustained sales growth.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product R&D, Supply Chain). Share market insights and client feedback to support localized branding, product optimization, and stable supply chain operations for European business success.
Qualifications
Education & Language: Full-time bachelor's degree or above (any major). Fluent English (working language). Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) is preferred. Overseas study experience is a plus.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in overseas sales, with at least 1 year focused on European market development. Prior sales experience in smart hardware, pet products, home appliances, or consumer electronics is preferred. Familiarity with European offline channels (e.g., pet stores, hypermarkets, O2O experience stores) is essential.
