    ·Over  10 years of proven experience in IT projects within a large, international, and multi-cultural team environment.
2.  Education:
    ·Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
3.  Technical Skills (Must-Haves)
    ·In-depth knowledge of IT best practices and the full SAP project lifecycle.
    ·Strong experience with the SAP FI module, particularly AP, AR, and BL.
    ·Expertise in SAP interface implementation** and integration with MM and SD.
4.  Soft Skills (Must-Haves):
    ·Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    ·Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
    ·Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills (both written and oral).

    ·Ability to quickly learn and understand new industries.
