1. As a domain expert for SAP Cash & Treasury, you will deeply understand business needs and translate them into viable solutions. You'll lead high-level design decisions and collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with business units to understand and prioritize their needs, ensuring solutions create tangible value for the company. You will also work with teams like Supply Chain and Sales to collaboratively design end-to-end business processes.
3. Continuously monitor the solution's performance, identify potential issues, and develop improvement plans. You will be responsible for resolving recurring incidents and driving long-term business process optimization by proposing new solutions.
4. As the subject matter expert, you will be the go-to reference point for the team. You'll define and maintain solution standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure team members work efficiently.
skills and experience required.
1. Over 10 years of IT project experience with a strong understanding of IT industry best practices.
2. Possess full SAP project lifecycle experience; have extensive experience in the SAP FI module; and strong experience integrating SAP with other systems.
3. Experience with SAP and bank system integration, and familiarity with SAP Fiori, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working effectively with diverse, international teams.
5. Outstanding analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, with the capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
7. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
