岗位职责：
- Responsible for developing and managing suppliers, inspecting and developing and managing suppliers' 
factories, mainly in the areas of organic processing, electrophoresis, mold accessories, etc. 
负责对供应商进行开发和管理，对供应商的工厂进行巡查，开发和管理，主要有机加工，电泳，模具配件等。
- Analyze supplier quality issues, resolve root causes, and ensure that suppliers resolve quality issues in a 
timely and effective manner. 
对供应商质量问题分析过程，解决根本原因，确保供应商及时有效的解决质量问题。
- Assist suppliers in completing PPAP for new parts to ensure they meet company quality standards. 
协助供应商完成新零件的 PPAP，确保其符合公司的质量标准。
- Feedback and promoting rectification of quality defects and delivery delays in supplier products, and conduct 
on-site audits if necessary 
针对供应商产品的质量缺陷，交期延误等问题，及时反馈并推动整改，必要时进行现场审核
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments (such as PUR and QD) to solve quality issues and act as 
a bridge to communicate. 
协调供应商与内部部门（如采购、研发）解决质量问题，充当沟通桥梁。

岗位要求：
- Bachelor or above, work related majors are preferred 
本科及以上学历，工作相关专业为佳
- Knowledge of standard MS software, MS Excel, Word
