Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Operations & Project Management (70%)
End-to-End Workflow: Design and lead the regional creative workflow, ensuring complex marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget across multiple markets.
North Asia Resource Management: Leverage and manage a deep network of external agencies and production houses specifically in Japan and Korea. You will be the primary point of contact for local execution partners.
Resource Allocation: Oversee the internal studio (6+ staff), managing traffic, prioritizing high-impact projects, and balancing internal capacity with external freelance/agency support.
Operational Scalability: Implement and optimize project management tools and processes to improve the speed-to-market for regional creative assets (Digital, Retail, and ATL).
2. Creative Management & Brand Guardianship (30%)
Quality Control: Act as the "Brand Guardian" for the APAC region, ensuring every piece of content—from social media assets to large-scale retail installations—aligns with the global visual identity and tone of voice.
Creative Guidance: Provide mentorship and direction to the internal team (Art Directors, Copywriters, and Producers), elevating the creative output while ensuring it remains commercially relevant.
Briefing Excellence: Translate complex regional marketing strategies into sharp, actionable creative briefs that inspire the team and minimize revision cycles.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 8–10+ years in Creative Operations, Integrated Production, or Senior Project Management within a global brand or a top-tier creative agency.
Regional Expertise: A proven track record of managing marketing executions in China, Japan and Korea. You must possess a strong understanding of the creative landscape, vendor networks, and cultural nuances in these markets.
Leadership: Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team of at least 5 people. You know how to motivate creatives while maintaining strict operational discipline.
Project Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
Cultural Affinity: A genuine passion for music, subcultures, and design-led lifestyle products. You understand that the brand isn't just selling hardware; it's selling a culture.
Language: Fluency in English is required.
