Key Job Description:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
- Oversee training programs and materials for project management staff.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery while meeting quality standards.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership, ensuring transparency.
- Partner with department heads to define project roadmaps, priorities, and resource allocation aligned with business goals.
- Champion PM best practices and tools to standardize workflows.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across program management and related functions.
- Act as the primary liaison between Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and decision-making across stakeholders.
- Represent the department in executive meetings, providing updates on risks, milestones, and ROI.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
- Optimize resource allocation to balance organizational priorities and project demands.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively and deliverables are met.
- Other work arrangements and ad hoc initiatives as directed by superior & leadership.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, PMP certificate. MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
- Fluent in English & Chinese for both written & spoken.
- More than 15+ years working experiences where at least 5 years are in a leadership or managerial role.
- Had worked in a manufacturing environment, or had worked closely with factories.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs in the consumer electronics or accessories industry.
- Experience with product development lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
- Experience working with global teams and international vendors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
