Key Responsibilities:
1. Dual-Plant PMC Management (~70% Focus)
Production Planning: Lead the development, review, and issuance of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and weekly/daily production schedules for both plants, ensuring feasibility and optimal capacity utilization.

Materials Control: Oversee the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process, formulate procurement and inventory strategies for raw materials and semi-finished goods, and monitor inventory levels to minimize the risk of obsolescence.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Serve as the key liaison between Sales, ENG, Pjm, Procurement, and Manufacturing by working with S&OP team to resolve critical issues such as demand-supply imbalances, capacity bottlenecks, and material shortages. Performance Improvement: Establish and monitor key PMC metrics (e.g., STR, Inventory Turnover, new added PFO, Schedule Attainment, TLC), driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
2. Multi-Country Import/Export Logistics Management (~30% Focus)
Logistics Network Management: Take full responsibility for international transport, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution related to six distinct import/export logistics operations
Compliance & Cost Control: Ensure all import/export activities comply with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements. Effectively control international/domestic logistics costs through negotiation and optimized routing.
End-to-End Coordination: Manage the seamless flow of information from plant outbound to overseas customers/warehouses. Oversee the performance of partners (carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers) to improve delivery reliability and shorten lead times.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks in the international logistics landscape (e.g., vessel delays, port congestion, policy changes) and develop robust contingency plans.
3. Team & Strategic Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team encompassing planning, materials control, and logistics functions.
Contribute to and execute the medium-to-long term supply chain strategy, driving digitalization projects (e.g., ERP, APS, TMS) and process optimization initiatives.
4. Data Analysis and Digital Enablement
Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Advanced Excel to conduct in-depth mining and analysis of end-to-end supply chain data (inventory, delivery, cost, logistics timeliness). Identify root causes of issues and provide forward-looking decision support.
Establish and refine supply chain data dashboards for real-time and transparent monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Digital Project Leadership:
Identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement within supply chain processes. Lead or play a core role in supply chain digitalization projects (e.g., ERP/APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system upgrades, TMS (Transportation Management System) implementation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), demand forecasting platforms).
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing supply chain management, with at least 5 years directly managing the PMC function across two or more plants.(with experience in a team of at least 40 people).
3.Proven hands-on experience managing import/export logistics, with a strong grasp of Incoterms, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
4.High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), particularly the PMC modules, and advanced skills in data analysis and modeling using Excel and/or BI tools.
5.Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a complex, multi-tasking environment.
6.Exceptional PowerPoint creation and professional presentation skills are mandatory. Must be able to provide samples of past presentations delivered to senior leadership or demonstrate strong structured thinking and visual communication abilities.
