As the Head of Visual, you will be the guardian of the brand’s visual soul. You are not just a creator of beauty, but a strategic leader who translates the Founder's vision into a cohesive, market-leading visual identity. Your mission is to drive business growth by overseeing all visual touchpoints—from retail spaces and VM to digital media and packaging—ensuring every output enhances brand equity and conversion.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Brand Identity & Visual Strategy
Global Consistency: Define, evolve, and safeguard the Brand Visual Identity (VI) across all online and offline channels.
Creative Direction: Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand campaigns, lookbooks, and fashion films, ensuring world-class aesthetic standards.
2. Spatial Design & Visual Merchandising (VM)
Retail Excellence: Oversee store interior design and pop-up concepts, balancing artistic expression with retail flow and customer conversion rates.
VM Strategy: Develop seasonal VM guidelines and window displays that tell a compelling story and entice foot traffic.
3. Product & Packaging Design
Product Aesthetics: Direct the design of product packaging, ensuring it functions as "social currency" for consumers while maintaining cost-efficiency and brand premiumization.
4. Business-Driven Creativity
ROI-Focused Design: Ensure visual strategies align with marketing KPIs (e.g., Click-Through Rates, Brand Desirability, and Sales Premium).
Cross-functional Leadership: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure visual storytelling supports commercial objectives.

Exceptional Aesthetic Sensitivity: A profound "eye" for color, texture, composition, and space. You stay ahead of global trends while maintaining a unique brand DNA.
Industry Experience: 8+ years of visual leadership in Fashion, Beauty, or Luxury Lifestyle sectors, with a proven track record of successful brand building.
Full-Scope Capability: Hands-on expertise across graphic design, spatial/interior design, video/photography, and packaging.
Business Acumen: Ability to explain how a visual choice drives a business outcome. We need a strategist, not just an artist.
Founder-Level Communication: Strong ability to align with the Founder’s vision and translate abstract concepts into actionable creative briefs for the team or agencies.
