2. Sourcing Process Design & Implementation
• Establish and enforce standardized sourcing processes, from RFQ to PO issuance, ensuring consistency and accountability.
• Create tools and templates for cost tracking, supplier benchmarking, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive adoption of best practices in vendor negotiation, capacity planning, and MOQ optimization.
• Implement KPIs to measure sourcing performance (cost savings, lead time reduction, supplier performance).
3. Supplier Strategy & Relationship Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers aligned with our cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
• Strengthen partnerships with key vendors through transparent costing models and long-term agreements.
• Conduct regular supplier business reviews to ensure compliance with costing agreements and ethical sourcing policies.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Merchandising, Design, and Production teams to align sourcing strategy with business needs.
• Work with Finance to ensure cost accuracy in budgeting and margin targets.
• Support Sustainability/CSR initiatives by driving responsible sourcing practices.
