Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage relationships with component manufacturers, EMS / contract manufacturers, sub-suppliers in EMEA and globally
2. Source components and subsystems for RF, antenna, cable, connectors, wireless modules, etc.

3. Conduct supplier qualification: audits, capability assessments, certification (ISO, RoHS, REACH, etc.).
4. Negotiate pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and logistics.
5. Manage supplier contracts, KPIs (quality, delivery, cost variance).
6. Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, and purchasing to forecast demand, specify BOM, and ensure parts availability.
7. Oversee quality assurance (incoming inspection, failure analysis, corrective actions).
8. Work on cost-reduction programs (value engineering, alternate sourcing, volume consolidation).
9. Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks (tariffs, lead times, raw material shortages).
10. Manage import / customs, local regulatory compliance, certifications.
11. Report metrics: supplier performance, cost savings, on-time delivery, quality metrics.
Requirement:
1. Significant years sourcing / procurement experience in electronics / components / manufacturing environment
2. Deep understanding of electronic components (RF, passive, connectors, modules)
3. Strong negotiation skills, contract management skills
4. Experience with supplier audits, quality systems, supply chain risk management
5. Ability to read electronics BOMs, part datasheets, understand margins, yield, scrap, etc.
6. Good communication (English + local language), cross-cultural capability
7. Travel readiness EMEA
8. Proficiency with procurement / ERP / supply chain systems
