2.Build and manage high-level partnerships with Big Tech, FinTech unicorns, and top-tier research universities.
3.Act as the "eyes and ears" in the China market to identify emerging trends and competitors that could disrupt the industry.
4.Oversee high-profile joint-innovation projects from ideation to global rollout.
5.Advise senior global ExCo members on tech investments and digital roadmaps.
skills and experience required.
1.Deep understanding of the China tech landscape, specifically within AI and emerging digital trends.
2.Proven track record in "Tech Scouting" or "Corporate Innovation" within complex, matrixed organizations.
3.Exceptional ability to influence C-suite executives and navigate both corporate and startup cultures.
4.Ability to build processes from 0 to 1 in an evolving environment.
5.Experience in managing university R&D partnerships or global research programs is highly preferred.
