skills and experience required.
1. More than 10 years of UED design experience, at least 5 years of team management experience;
2. Familiar with user needs and design styles in the European and American markets, and able to optimize designs based on different cultural backgrounds;
3. Have a strong interest in AI technology and emerging products, and be able to quickly understand and apply the latest technology;
4. Have strong communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, and be able to manage cross-functional teams;
5. Have an entrepreneurial spirit, be able to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing market, and promote innovation.
