about the job:
- Material development responsibilities with the following tasks.
- Establish and optimize epoxy resin formulation for processing.
- Collect, test, evaluate functional output from formulation and process effectiveness.
- Set up standard procedure for formulation build-up.
- Set up and run prototype of material build up.
- Set up and upgrade chemical formulation.
- Work with product development engineers to continuously optimize process parameters for applications.
- Provide training of chemical / polymerization knowledge timely to product and process development team.
- Continuously follow up industry trend of glass fiber related formulation, especially for environmentally friendly resource and processes.
- Ensure all related technical deliverables as defined in Product Realization Process are completed effectively to support NPI & Volume Manufacture transition.
- Ensure technical documentation is established and maintained.
qualifications:
- Master degree+, major in Polymer Chemistry and chemical relative.
- 7 years+ experience and 3 years at least in R&D/NPI epoxy resin based chemical industry.
- Experience of epoxy resin formulation development for glass fiber material application.
- Experience with decorative application process will be preferred.
- Knowledge in electronics products reliability tests specification.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication.
- Good analyzing and scientific appraising skills.
- Strong communication & project management skills.
- Must have high level of energy; strong execution ability.
