Responsibilities：
1、 Prepare relevant documents of the process in charge of the department, such as inspection instructions and record
forms, prepare weekly and monthly quality reports, and complete quality data statistics and analysis reports within the
scope of responsibilities based on basic data;
2、 Develop quality standards and train inspectors;
3、 Participate in parts localization and engineering change activities.
4、 Monitor, evaluate, analyse the key indicators of product and process quality (e.g. Reject, External PPM, Customer
Complaint, FTNT, etc.) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality control systems.
5、 Conducting of internal process audit and product audit.
6、 Address customer concerns and complaint, and follow up with corrective and preventive actions.
7、 Prepare complaint to sub-supplier.
8、 Provide support and training to QS personnel on the quality control process (e.g. roles, tools, tracking, standard,
responsibilities, etc.)
