Major Responsibility :
1、根据公司发展的战略规划，制定质量部门目标；推动实施落地工作，确保质量目标达成。
According to the company’s development of strategic planning, formulate quality department objectives; Promote the implementation and ensure the achievement of quality objectives.
2、领导、监督质量团队的日常活动，对团队加以考核，以实现部门持续健康运行。

Lead and supervise the daily activities of the quality team, and evaluate the team to achieve sustainable and healthy operation of the department.
3、负责质量体系优化及有效运行，以符合ISO9001等的相关体系要求；同时负责质量体系文件的维护和更新。
Responsible for the optimization and effective operation of the quality system to meet the requirements of ISO9001 and other relevant systems; Also responsible for quality system document maintenance and update.
4、主导公司内审及外审工作，并对不符合项进行整改并跟进反馈。
Lead the internal audit and external audit work of the company, rectified the non-conformance and followed up the feedback.
5、运用各种质量管理工具，组织质量改善活动开展。
Use various quality management tools to organize quality improvement activities.
6、负责公司内质量事故的分析和公司外部质量问题的处理。对不合格事故进行系统分析，对供应商/制程/客诉的不良事故加以确认，调查跟踪并实现闭环改善。
Responsible for the analysis of quality accidents within the company and the treatment of external quality problems. Conduct systematic analysis of nonconforming accidents, confirm the adverse accidents reported by suppliers/processes/customers, investigate and track and realize closed-loop improvement.
7、负责指导质量团队赋能，构建质量人员能力评估体系；搭建质量专业人员梯队，并提供必要的培训以实现团队成员能力提升。
Responsible for guiding the quality team to empower, build quality personnel ability evaluation system; Build a team of quality professionals and provide the necessary training to improve the capabilities of team members.
8、与其它部门进行有效沟通，确保与其它部门紧密配合，共同实现精益工厂管理的目标。
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure close cooperation with other departments to achieve lean factory management goals.
9、主管交待的其他工作。
Other work assigned by leader.
Education & Experience :
1、本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering;
2、5年以上制造业质量管理经验，精通质量体系及生产过程质量控制；
More than 5 years of manufacturing quality management experience, proficient in quality system and production process quality control;
3、 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系
Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system
4、精通质量改进工具的相关知识及实际应用；
Proficient in the relevant knowledge and practical application of quality improvement tools;
5、有较强的分析解决问题能力；
Strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
6、善于沟通，且具备较强的跨部门合作能力；
Good at communication, and have a strong cross-departmental cooperation ability;
7、良好的英文阅读及口语能力。
Good English reading and speaking skills.
