- Responsible for the performance and output of the Quality Department
- Set and follow up targets for the Quality Department, broken down from factory level
- Drive the development of the Quality Department
- Comply with standards and requirements, set up and execute inspection plan
- Drive quality problems investigation and follow up corrective actions
- Coordinate the claim handling and follow up
- Act as contact person for quality related topic with sales, product center, or customer if needed
- Interface with Production, Technical, Sourcing, Global Quality on quality matters and improvement activities.
- Coordinate the internal and external (3rd party and customer) audit
- Maintain and improve quality system
- Leading and develop the people in Quality Department

- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience
- Above 3 years relevant Leadership and Management skills
- Above 5 years of working experience in quality function
- Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
