About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Account Manager to drive our offline market growth across Europe. You'll be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key client relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on sales execution, and a deep understanding of the European retail landscape.

1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement offline sales and promotional plans tailored to specific European markets. Drive product sales, acquire new key accounts, and achieve aggressive market share growth.
2. Account & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key offline clients. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction by providing expert solutions and managing the entire sales cycle, from negotiation to after-sales support.
3. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze European pet industry trends, consumer demand, and competitor activities to inform our sales and product strategies.
4. Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze sales data to improve forecasting and collaborate with partners to optimize product launches and channel expansion plans.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our internal Marketing, Product R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and support for business success in Europe.
Who You Are
1. You have a bachelor’s degree and are fluent in English. Proficiency in other European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) and prior overseas experience are a significant plus.
2. You have at least 3 years of overseas sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year focused on the European market.
3. You have a proven track record in smart hardware, pet products, home appliances, or consumer electronics sales.
4. You are an expert in European offline channels, including pet stores, hypermarkets, and O2O experience stores.
5. You possess strong market penetration and key account acquisition skills, with a talent for managing diverse channel partners.
6. You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills.
7. You are a resilient and adaptable team player, willing to travel and work collaboratively across departments.
