Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the AI Engineering team, including hiring, mentoring, and team development.
- Drive the technical vision, architecture, and engineering best practices for AI products.
- Participate in product planning, technical discussions, and solution design to build scalable AI-powered applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality software, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and drive their adoption to improve products and engineering efficiency.

Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications using LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, or related technologies.
- Strong backend engineering and system design skills.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
