Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
•Propose project positioning in line with local market demand and trend as well as company’s brand image.
•Plan, develop and execute marketing and communication strategy and approach for each project, including omni-channel advertisements and promotions, events, sales gallery etc., in support of the market positioning and sales of the projects.
•Effective and timely market monitoring with analysis and insights to the management for key markets.
•Conduct competitor and customer studies, deliver research reports, feasibility reports, positioning report, marketing strategy report, design brief etc.
•Propose and manage marketing budget, ensure cost efficiency.
•Coordinate with Sales on CRM related work.
Major Tasks & Activities:
•Regular meetings with sales, projects and consultants etc. to provide comments and ensure the design development is on the right track.
•Understand end buyers’ preferences through internal and external platforms and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
•Monitor residential market performance of key markets, products etc. and deliver relevant reports.
•Review vendors performance and explore new and quality vendors for new and existing projects.
•Propose, lead and execute marketing and communication plans for each project.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or above
•Minimum 12-15 years comprehensive residential marketing experience
•Excellent logic and analytical skills
•Strong sense of market, sensitivity to market trends and opportunities
•Good connection network among media, influencers, agencies etc.
•Exposure in global residential projects would be an advantage
•Exposure and experience in digital or innovation side will be an advantage
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong people management skills
•Fluent spoken and written Mandarin, proficient English
