- Demonstrates a deep understanding of consumer insights, including consumer perceptions / attitudes, purchase / consumption and media consumption behavior. Constantly monitor the competitive environment, collect and analyze competitor information incl. prod ucts, pricing, activities dentifies insights, triggers / barriers to grow category and brands, comprehends competitive activities, business performance and key drivers
- Effectively collaborate and coordinate with internal team and external team to ensure all projects related to the brand are delivered effectively.
- Set clear priorities on brand/innovation projects with resource allocation.
- Support and communicate with agency for Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan development
- Execute mark eting campaigns and analyze performance with aligned business goal and KPIs
- Accountable for existing packaging design and execution and ensure fit withinoverall brand strategy and visual identity guideline
- Coordinate and cooperate with media team in a ll aspects of advertising and media planning for the brand.
- Contribute to agency management and evaluation process
- Support budget management and take lead on internal expense process
- Continuously seeks for new consumer insight and leverages to develo p the key message in relationship marketing materials.
- Selects the right channels to reach target audience.
- Clear understanding of all relevant Vitasoy policies, including Vitasoy compliance requirements and procedures.
