Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive the implementation and execution of Commercial Excellence initiatives.
Design, monitor, and report on key commercial performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the sustainability of improvements.
Provide professional recommendations on commercial process optimization strategies and implementation progress to the Asia-Pacific senior management team.

Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a mandatory requirement.
5+ years of experience in commercial operations, process optimization, or management consulting.
