About the role
1.Tech Solution Onboarding:
Leverage in-depth knowledge of Chinese Fin-Tech products to source and onboard innovative solutions, facilitating seamless integration into the comopany's global ecosystem.

2.Vendor Relationship Management:
Partner with the HQ's Tech Vendor Governance and Strategy team to establish and manage relationships with technology vendors. Ensure alignment with the group's technology and business goals.
3.Vendor Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the RFP processes for core technology solutions. Lead intricate contract negotiations with top-tier vendors, ensuring favorable commercial terms and innovation commitments. 4.Delivery and Implementation Support:Collaborate with cross-boarder teams to adapt and introduce Chinese fin-tech solutions to global markets.
Provide necessary technical and business support for successful delivery and implementation.
5.Compliance and Governance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in a streamlined manner. Provide governance over service delivery management, with regular monitoring and reporting of third-party risks.
6.Stakeholder Collaboration
Engage with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to address any issues related to solution introduction and implementation.
7.Team Leadership & Development
Build and lead a high-performing team from scratch.
Develop and mentor team members, fostering growth and innovation within a collaborative environment.
About the requirements
1.With a proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams of 10+ professionals.
2.In-depth understanding of China's Fin-Tech market dynamics and trends.
3.Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills for global operations.
4.A high level of integrity and ethical standards in business conduct.
5.Demonstrate good understanding of third-party management including outsourcing, service provider management, outsourcing and banking regulatory as well as experience in risk and governance activities.
6.Good planning and other project management skills, including strong organisation skills.
7.Must be solutions oriented, ability to work and communicate with all levels of management and staff.
8.Self-driven, passionate about hands-on.
