Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's objectives,
2. focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and responsiveness to changing market demands.
3. Lead demand planning efforts to forecast customer demand accurately, ensuring optimal
4. inventory levels while meeting customer service goals.
5. Establish and oversee the Sales & Operations Planning process, facilitating cross-functional
6. collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, and finance to balance supply and
7. demand effectively.
8. Manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to
9. optimize routes, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
10. Develop and implement effective material strategies to secure the necessary supply of raw
11. materials and components while minimizing inventory carrying costs.
12. Utilize your deep knowledge of SAP to improve supply chain visibility, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
13. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and
14. agreements to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
15. Identify cost-saving opportunities throughout the supply chain, optimizing processes and procedures without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
16. Develop and implement risk management strategies to address supply chain disruptions,
17. including contingency plans and alternative sourcing options.
18. Establish and track KPIs to measure supply chain performance and drive data-driven
19. decision-making.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field;
2. advanced degree preferred.
3. Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role with a
4. global focus.
5. Expertise in demand planning, logistics, S&OP, material strategies.
6. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing supply chain processes and
7. procedures.
8. Strong knowledge and experience working with SAP systems and applications.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
10. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
11. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
12. Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
