Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, focusing
- on efficiency, cost reduction, and responsiveness to changing market demands.
- Lead demand planning efforts to forecast customer demand accurately, ensuring optimal inventory
- levels while meeting customer service goals.
- Establish and oversee the Sales & Operations Planning process, facilitating cross-functional
- collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, and finance to balance supply and demand
- effectively.
- Manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to optimize
- routes, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Develop and implement effective material strategies to secure the necessary supply of raw materials
- and components while minimizing inventory carrying costs.
- Utilize your deep knowledge of SAP to improve supply chain visibility, data accuracy, and reporting
- capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to
- ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities throughout the supply chain, optimizing processes and procedures
- without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to address supply chain disruptions, including
- contingency plans and alternative sourcing options.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure supply chain performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced
- degree preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role with a global focus.
- Expertise in demand planning, logistics, S&OP, material strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing supply chain processes and procedures.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with SAP systems and applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
