Executive Management.
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the MD and executives to develop business plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic and policy framework. This includes preparing an annual business plan covering a 3-year period with a detailed operating plan and budget for the near-term fiscal year.
Operational Direction: Providing leadership, management, and vision to ensure proper operational controls, procedures, and systems.
Business Growth: Directing operational initiatives to achieve key goals: ensuring a positive customer experience, growing the business, ensuring financial strength, and operating effectively and efficiently.
Implementation & Control: Executing business policies and plans through direct, day-to-day management to achieve both long and short-term business objectives. Planning, organizing, staffing, directing, or controlling operating units to ensure they are properly organized and aligned with company policy and strategies.
Resource Development: Responsibility for the development of organization, personnel, product technology, equipment, facilities, and market resources within your span of control to facilitate future growth.
Leadership & Culture: Providing exceptional leadership that supports the Global Vision and Strategic Statements, establishing a unit culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Education: A Bachelor of Science in Business and/or Engineering is required, with an MBA preferred.

Leadership & Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to the conceptual and strategic formulation functions of a business.
Financial & Operational Acumen: Full administrative, financial, and sales responsibility is required. Must be able to advance and strengthen the business for both short and long term success and achieve operating plan/budget objectives.
Communication: Proven ability to write/communicate effective business reports .
