Responsibilities:
1. Lead the overall strategic direction and daily operations of the company to ensure alignment with global corporate goals.
2. Assume full P&L responsibility, driving financial performance, cost optimization, and sustainable revenue growth.
3. Drive business development initiatives with a primary focus on securing and expanding partnerships with major New Energy Vehicle (NEV) OEMs.
4. Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and quality functions to ensure operational excellence and adherence to international standards.
5. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
6. Manage high-level negotiations and maintain influential relationships with key customers, suppliers, and government authorities.
7. Report regularly to the global headquarters on local market trends, financial health, and strategic milestones.
8. Ensure all operations comply with corporate governance, safety regulations, and local legal requirements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience specifically within the automotive components industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing full P&L for a manufacturing facility or a large-scale business unit.
4. Deep professional network and extensive experience working directly with major New Energy Vehicle (NEV) OEMs.
5. Exceptional command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, global corporate environment.
6. Strong commercial acumen and a demonstrated ability to identify and capture new market opportunities.
7. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
8. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth industry.
