You will take the helm of a well-established and highly specialized MarCom team, steer the overarching branding direction, elevate visual and aesthetic standards, ensure effective upward communication, and foster seamless cross-functional synergies within a collaborative and mature team setting.

- Strategic Brand & Quality Governance: Lead the overall MarCom strategy for the China market, establishing rigorous benchmarks for visual aesthetics, content depth, and brand presentation across all internal and external materials.
- Global Campaign Localization: Adapt global marketing frameworks and overarching concepts to local market needs, driving localized product launches, cross-category campaigns, and customized sales enablement tools (e.g., battle cards).
- Omni-channel Management Manage and optimize official digital platforms (including WeChat and website technical data) while orchestrating the end-to-end execution of major offline industry trade shows and brand events to ensure a cohesive, high-impact market presence.
- Training & Enablement Adapt and design foundational product training materials and programs tailored for the internal sales force, external channel dealers, and end-customers to ensure accurate, unified brand messaging and product knowledge transfer.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Product Marketing Managers and key stakeholders to independently navigate cross-regional and cross-departmental challenges, delivering unified marketing outcomes to executive leadership.

- Industry Expertise: Solid MarCom background within the Life Sciences industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific communication logic and customer needs.
- Leadership & People Management: Minimum of 1–2 years of direct team management experience, possessing the maturity, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead, motivate, and align a team of senior professionals.
- Visual Aesthetics & Quality Control: A strong artistic eye with rigorous content standards, capable of clearly defining and maintaining elevated aesthetic benchmarks for all external brand representations.
