B、Technical Package & Standardization
1.Create comprehensive technical packages including measurement charts, construction details, and workmanship requirements
2.Develop and continuously improve fit & workmanship manual to standardize quality across suppliers
3.Ensure complete and accurate handover of patterns, specs, and technical instructions to factories
C、Sample Review & Technical Correction
1.Evaluate protos and SMS samples with strong attention to garment performance and aesthetics
2.Identify issues related to fit, pattern, and construction, and provide clear, actionable, and technically accurate comments
3.Demonstrate strong capability in defect diagnosis and problem-solving, driving efficient sample iterations
D、Risk Management & Production Readiness
1.Proactively identify risks in pattern, materials, and construction throughout development stages
2.Ensure all styles are technically validated and fully de-risked before bulk production
3.Safeguard on-time sealing process with high quality standards (fit, workmanship, and consistency)
E、Collaboration & Communication
1.Work closely with Design, PD, Materials, Quality, and Factory teams to ensure full alignment
2.Provide strong technical leadership in cross-functional discussions
3.Communicate effectively in a global environment with fluent English (spoken and written)
Role Qualifications
1.Minimum 10 years of experience in pattern making within leading sportswear or outdoor brands
2.Proven expertise in fit development, pattern engineering, and industrialization readiness
3.Strong awareness of global fit trends, garment aesthetics, and end-use performance
4.Diploma or above in Garment Engineering, Pattern Making, or related fields
Technical Skills
1.Strong expertise in pattern making, grading, and fit correction
2.Solid experience in basic block pattern creation and maintenance
3.Understanding of construction standards and workmanship requirement definition
4.Experience with 3D garment tools (CLO, Browzwear, etc.) is a strong plus
5.Good knowledge of materials, fabric behavior, and manufacturing processes
