Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of the business plan for the toy division, driving growth and operational strategy.
2. Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fast turnaround times (TAT), and high-quality results. Provide technical and operational guidance to the team, and dive into the details when needed.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the commercial team to align on business objectives and provide technical solutions for AME, EMEA, importers, and local markets.
4. Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across all departments. Leverage internal resources to ensure the successful implementation of annual business plans and objectives.
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Supervise the workflow and processes of the testing laboratory. Monitor testing procedures and quality systems to ensure full compliance with both international and company standards.
6. Organizational Development: Design and optimize the organizational structure, defining clear roles and responsibilities to create an efficient and effective team and process.
7. Team Leadership: Lead employee engagement, team building, succession planning, and career development initiatives to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience: A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within the relevant industry, or comprehensive management experience in toy testing, QA services, or manufacturing.
2. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of international testing standards, toy testing procedures, and manufacturing processes. Experience in product and process design is highly preferred.
3. Business Acumen: A proven track record of success in driving revenue and achieving business development goals in a challenging B2B service environment.
4. Leadership Qualities: Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to influence and make sound business decisions. Possess a broad understanding of business principles and strong business ethics.
5. Team Management: Proven ability to manage, guide, influence, and support a diverse team.
6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tactfully manage a multicultural workforce.
