Job Description:
1. Organization of production
- Base on the AOP plan to make out the production annually budget and working plan, set up the quality objectives, training plan, and monitor their implementation, to ensure the production plan is implemented effectively. Coordinate monthly production plan to meet sales demand.
2. Management and control of the manufacturing cost
- According to annual target, implement and improve the SOPs and documents of production process, conduct monthly KPI review, make out the improvement plan to ensure the manufacturing costs is controlled as the requirement of target.
3. Quality Requirements
- Responsible for monitoring, promoting and implementation for quality requirements in production department, make sure that it comes to product safety and quality of links according to the company's rules and laws and regulations.
4. KHMS
- Assist the implement of KHMS in the plant.
5. People Management
- Team building
- Make out training program to improve employees' skill.
- Set up the KPI review base on individual job position, to incentives and improve their execution. Keep good/efficiency communication with other department/function, implement company requirements, standardize all process, it includes warehouse, logistics etc., and continue improvement.
6. Safe production
- Understand and implement the EHS requirement which is related company and regulatory requirements;
- Responsible for the EHS performance in production department;
- Provide the necessary resources for EHS protection, such as of human, material and financial support.
Requirements:
1. Education Background:
- Bachelor or above degree; food, biology, fermentation, pharmaceutical and other related professional background.
2.Experience & Skill Set:
- More than 3 years of food, pharmaceutical industry and other related FMCG experiences in production management positions.
- Can apply for the OFFICE software familiar
3. Personal qualities:
- Ability to think independently and solve some problems in production, comprehensive analysis ability.
- Good communication skill, good organization and coordination ability.
- Proactive, good working attitude, have a good team spirit and strong sense of responsibility and executive/Learning ability.
