Key Tasks and Responsibilities
•Manage customer master data and process in related systems(ERP, CRM, DCE etc.)
•Process customer invoices, solve issues and clear the unresolved backlog.
•Support fulfill sales team and customer requirement, including but not limit to certicification application(COO/ CCS etc.), supplier document preparation, part activation etc.
•Support sales leaders to analyze sales, opportunity, evaluating team performance, customer demand forecast, weekly report, travel plan, etc.
•Manage promotion gifts, office supplies for sales team.
•Support ad hoc projects related to customer master and sales process.
•Other tasks assigned by sales leaders and direct manager.
Requirements and Qualifications•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Economy etc.
•1~2 years working experience on sales support/ administration.
•Good skill on excel, word, powerpoint, knowledge on Power BI will be a plus.
•Good communication skill, high responsibility and strong service awareness.
•Focus on internal and external customer’s requirement and can improve /optimize the process to improve customer's satisfaction
•Able to work under pressure, in a fast-past environment.
