Responsibilities
1. Channel Development & Management
- Expand and manage the offline channel partner and distributor network in Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.), enhancing channel quality and market coverage.
- Collaborate with online platforms to drive traffic growth and improve conversion rates.
- Plan and execute high-impact offline events and industry trade shows.
2. Key Account Development & Maintenance
- Develop key client accounts within the European market.
- Drive repeat purchases and foster long-term collaborations.
3. Data Analysis
- Regularly analyze sales and market data to evaluate channel and client performance, optimizing resource allocation and market strategies.
- Manage sales budgets and improve return on investment (ROI).
Work Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent market insight and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work overseas long-term, with a strong understanding of European market culture and business environments.
