Independently formulate and execute effective market expansion strategies, focusing on building and maintaining high-value client relationships.
Deeply understand customer requirements and product application scenarios, promoting the technical sales of injection molded parts within target industries.
Closely follow up on the entire project lifecycle, from inquiry and quotation to contract signing and delivery, ensuring smooth project execution.

skills and experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing or related components industry, with a background in injection molded parts or similar products preferred.
Proven track record of successfully developing clients in the Medical, Automotive, or Industrial sectors, with an established network of customer resources.
Possess excellent business negotiation and project management skills to independently handle major account development and maintenance.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of using it as a working language for effective communication with the European/American headquarters and clients.
