Team Formation & Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and develop a new R&D team in China. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.Site Setup & Operations: Lead the operational setup of the China R&D center, including infrastructure, tools, and local compliance in collaboration with HR, IT, and Legal.Strategic Alignment: Translate global and local product and technology strategies into local execution plans. Ensure alignment with global architecture and delivery standards.
