How You Contribute:
1.Support various administrative affairs of the department, including but not limited to: sorting, printing, mailing and archiving of legal documents, initiation of internal office processes and submission of materials;

2.Managed various budget expenses of the department as required, took charge of the payment process of various expenses of the department and completed the payment work, and made statistics, analysis and arrangement of the use of budget expenses;
3.Managed the department's case data, collected, counted, updated and sorted out the case data as required, including the use and management of the online case system;
4.Responsible for planning and arranging various meeting activities of the department, taking meeting minutes and following up the implementation of related projects;
5.Assist the department in writing and translating various reports and documents;
6.Support the department head in related affairs.
Role Qualifications:
1.1-3 year relevant working experiences in corporate functions preferred.
2.Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation skills, bachelor degree or above in English major or overseas study experience is preferred;
3.Careful and careful work, organized and have a good sense of responsibility, have a positive sense of teamwork;
4.Cheerful and optimistic, good at communication, strong ability to work under pressure, thirst for knowledge, willing to accept challenges in new fields, and able to adapt to work in a diversified cultural environment;
5.Proficient in computer office software skills;
6.Experience in law or law firm is preferred.
