About the Job
Strategic Planning: Lead the brand positioning and commercial marketing strategies for the complex to secure a dominant position in the premium market.
Growth & Revenue: Drive the achievement of aggressive KPIs by diversifying acquisition channels and optimizing outpatient volume, inpatient occupancy, and overall revenue.
Brand Stewardship: Curate and maintain an elite brand image, ensuring every touchpoint—from clinical service to hospitality—reflects "Ultra-High-End" standards.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational marketing, ensuring that service delivery matches brand promises to enhance the patient journey.
Channel Development: Establish and scale strategic partnerships with high-end commercial insurers, corporate key accounts, and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) communities.
Skills and Experience Required
Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine (Full-time/Unified Recruitment) to ensure a deep understanding of medical foundations.
Management Expertise: Proven track record in comprehensive management or marketing leadership within large-scale medical complexes or high-end private hospitals.
Industry Insight: Deeply seasoned in the premium healthcare sector with a sophisticated understanding of the psychological drivers and service expectations of HNWIs.
