Main Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the overarching Continuous Improvement (CI) program, including governance, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Establish and communicate a compelling vision for operational excellence that engages and inspires all employees.
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence.
- Utilize data analytics to identify performance gaps, prioritize improvement opportunities, and quantify the financial impact of CI projects.
- Implement and maintain robust visual management and daily accountability systems to sustain gains.
- Champion a cultural shift towards a problem-solving, data-driven, and empowerment-based organization.
- Develop and lead recognition programs to celebrate CI successes and reinforce desired behaviors.
- Effectively manage change resistance, communicating the "why" behind initiatives to secure buy-in from frontline teams to senior leadership.
- Build and nurture a network of CI Champions across all departments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the site's integrated EHS Management System aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, engineering, or continuous improvement, with at least 5 years in a dedicated OpEx/CI leadership role in a manufacturing or service environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial and business understanding with a proven track record of delivering significant and quantifiable bottom-line results (cost savings, productivity gains, quality improvements).
- Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of improvement projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience as a change agent who has successfully transformed cultures and built sustainable CI programs.
