Main Responsibilities：

1. Design, implement, and manage the overarching Continuous Improvement (CI) program, including governance, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
2. Establish and communicate a compelling vision for operational excellence that engages and inspires all employees.
3. Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence.
4. Utilize data analytics to identify performance gaps, prioritize improvement opportunities, and quantify the financial impact of CI projects.
5. Implement and maintain robust visual management and daily accountability systems to sustain gains.
6. Champion a cultural shift towards a problem-solving, data-driven, and empowerment-based organization.
7. Develop and lead recognition programs to celebrate CI successes and reinforce desired behaviors.
8. Effectively manage change resistance, communicating the "why" behind initiatives to secure buy-in from frontline teams to senior leadership.
9. Build and nurture a network of CI Champions across all departments.
10. Develop, implement, and maintain the site's integrated EHS Management System aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, engineering, or continuous improvement, with at least 5 years in a dedicated OpEx/CI leadership role in a manufacturing or service environment.
3. Business Acumen: Strong financial and business understanding with a proven track record of delivering significant and quantifiable bottom-line results (cost savings, productivity gains, quality improvements).
4. Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of improvement projects and leading cross-functional teams.
5. Experience as a change agent who has successfully transformed cultures and built sustainable CI programs.
6. Influential Leader & Coach: Inspires trust and motivates others without direct authority. Excellent teacher and mentor.
7. Analytical & Data-Driven: Makes decisions based on facts and data, not just intuition.
8. Resilient & Results-Oriented: Persistent in the face of challenges with a relentless focus on achieving targets.
