• Monitor and control month-end closing activities, ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries, reconciliations, and strict adherence to reporting timelines.
• Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function; establish KPI dashboards and monthly metrics to drive operational efficiency and standardization.
• Manage daily cash flow activities and banking relationships; supervise tax compliance and support strategic tax or Transfer Pricing projects.
• Lead the development and revision of financial SOPs; act as the finance lead for system implementation and automation initiatives (ERP, OA, etc.).

skills and experience required.

• 5-10 years of finance experience in a multinational corporation (MNC). Direct experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems and a background in financial system implementation or digitization.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
