about the job.
- Lead and scale the growth for all Agency Agreements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for our client's Agency Industry Managers.
- Collaborate with Agency Industry Managers to design and implement strategic and tactical sales plans.
- Take full ownership and responsibility for the execution of sales plans by the sales team.
- Manage daily communications and drive a regular cadence of meetings with the largest Sales Partners in the Greater China Region.
- Own and be accountable for quarterly KPI/OKR and revenue targets for managed Sales Partners.
- Analyze performance data to identify and implement actions that impact OKR and revenue targets.
- Drive a team culture centered on ownership, innovation, quality, and operational rigor.
- Prepare and deliver regular business performance reviews and insights.
- Own priority initiatives as required, such as new product launches aimed at driving lower-funnel advertising revenue.
skills and experience required.
- Full professional fluency in English and native-level fluency in Mandarin are required to support the Greater China Region market.
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital media planning/buying, online advertising, or sales leadership within the Media Agency industry, specifically in the Greater China Region export market.
- Experience working with agencies and advertisers exporting internationally from the Greater China region is a distinct advantage.
- A strong passion for helping clients and Sales Partners achieve their business results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Must be deadline and detail-oriented.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment and a willingness to experiment and move quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and collaboration tools such as Office/G-Suite is preferred.
