• Serves as a product lead to understand business, plan the fit product, review design, light operation, to achieve business value.
• 61 Responsible to define business process, design product, maintain application design guideline, collaborate cross teams(Internal development team and vendors)and cross regions environment (HK, PRC, etc.).
• Responsible to drive business efficiency by uplifting a modernized architecture with digital technologies,seamless integration, business process revolution and standardization.
• Responsible to adopt user centric approach for application architecture strategies/design, methodology and roadmap.
• Responsible to assess, design and implement application solution options and new technologies as to improve the quality of application systems, increase productivity in application development and business processes.
• Responsible to lead and enable architecture-based (micro-service,Cl/CD) development to improve the independency and scalability of applications.
• Coordinate with develop team, infrastructure and security teams for all technical platforms delivery.
• Educate cross regions (HK and PRC) development resources on the adoption of the new application architecture, tools, and methodologies. 
• Design enterprise-grade business and solution architecture for each business domain, e.g Leasing,Marketing, HR, Finance, Property management,etc. Using modern technologies stack to deliver the smart products, such as Al. Machine Learning, Microservices, ClCD pipelines APl management, hybrid cloud, and other integration patterns covering target application portfolio,security measurement and infrastructure architecture.
• Define and deliver high-quality proofs of concept,demonstrate prototypes and pilots to enhance and incorporate into application portfolio.
• Collaborate with the other team leads to determine business-specific application needs.
• Compile and implement application development plans for new or existing applications.
• Run performance diagnostic test and provide tuning feedback to application team for enhancement.
• Mentor developers and provide consultancy advice and practical assistance on application architecture, tools and methodologies.
• Perform continuous assessment and review on application architecture ensure uniform enterprise-grade design standards are maintained.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with a specialization in Product Management, software engineering,application development, or similar.
• At least 15 years of full-time work experience in Information Technology including 8-years in product full life cycle management and development, 5 years architecture design, preferably in a related industry.
• Experience of cloud-native development including laaS, PaaS on Alibaba Cloud.
• Understand of Agile, and DevSecOps collaboration and ecosystem.
• Hands-on stakeholder management experience superb leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity(demonstrated by an unblemished career history, complete lack of criminal convictions etc.), and willing to undergo vetting and/or personality assessments to verify this if necessary.
• Fluent Mandarin & English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
